What’s your typical day like?
As a maintenance attendant you’ll take good care of buildings, grounds and the operation of its equipment, as well as mechanical/electrical systems.
Basic Repair Work & Maintenance
Perform day-to-day repair work of property equipment and mechanical systems, including painting and other preventive maintenance when needed.
Problem-Solving
Identify and resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner. Some circumstances may require creative thinking for alternate solutions.
Comply with Safety Regulations
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, procedures and policies to create a safe environment for guests and staff.

Knowledge of Equipment and Repair Tasks
It’s important for an engineer associate to be familiar and knowledgeable with various equipment, tools and procedures required for daily tasks for this role.
Provide a Courteous and Safe Environment
As an engineer associate, you will address guest concerns and service requests in a friendly and timely manner to ensure safety of guests and the hotel.
Assist Your Team
Engineer associates will assist the Chief Engineer and the rest of the team to complete routine repairs, maintenance checks and other requests.
