What’s your typical day like?

As a maintenance attendant you’ll take good care of buildings, grounds and the operation of its equipment, as well as mechanical/electrical systems.

Basic Repair Work & Maintenance

Perform day-to-day repair work of property equipment and mechanical systems, including painting and other preventive maintenance when needed.

Problem-Solving

Identify and resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner. Some circumstances may require creative thinking for alternate solutions.

Comply with Safety Regulations

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, procedures and policies to create a safe environment for guests and staff.
