Reneé Seibert took a housekeeping job at a hotel when she was a teenager looking to afford her own car. She quickly moved through the front desk and up the ranks to general manager at just 21 years old. Unsure of the future she wanted, Reneé took her car and money saved from the hotel to attend college. It wasn’t long until the warmth of the industry drew her back in. Today, she is the director of sales for Sonesta in Austin, Texas.
